NON-VERBALE AUFSTELLUNGSARBEIT IN BEWEGUNG

Konstellationen sind reduzierte Strukturen eines Themas, das uns betrifft. In den moving constellations verkörpern wir die Konstellation und nutzen damit die Möglichkeiten des Embodiments, um eine Konstellation zu verstehen. Konstellationen im Raum aufstellen und in Bewegung bringen, erlauben uns neue Sichtweisen auf Thema zu bekommen. Wie interagieren die einzelnen Elemente miteinander? Was drückt unsere Verkörperung der Struktur aus?

Eine Session beginnt mit der Auswahl einer Konstellation. Die Person, die die Konstellation einbringt, stellt sie den anderen vor. Dann erarbeiten wir uns eine Aufstellung der Komponenten im Raum. Jede tanzende Person repräsentiert Teile der Konstellation und beginnt sie durch den Raum zu bewegen und in Kontakt zu bringen. Nach 60 Minuten reflektieren wir das Geschehen.

Hassan Aftabruyan ist promovierter Philosoph und hat als Autor, Dozent und Unternehmensberater gearbeitet. Seit vielen Jahren leitet er eine Schule für Kontaktimprovisation und gestaltet Veränderungsräume in Köln.

NON-VERBAL CONSTELLATIONS IN MOVEMENT

Constellations are reduced structures of a topic that concerns us. In the moving constellations, we embody the constellation and use the possibilities of embodiment to understand a constellation. Setting up constellations in space and setting them in motion allows us to gain new perspectives on the topic. How do the individual elements interact with each other? What does our embodiment of the structure express?

A session begins with the selection of a constellation. The person who brings in the constellation introduces it to the others. We then work out a constellation of the components in the room. Each person dancing represents parts of the constellation and begins to move them around the room and bring them into contact. After 60 minutes, we reflect on what has happened.

Hassan Aftabruyan holds a PhD in philosophy and has worked as an author, lecturer and management consultant. He has been running a school for contact improvisation and designing spaces for change in Cologne for many years.
